I’m HeatherFay (just "Fay" to my art), a self-taught mixed-media artist from Minot, North Dakota. Heathersworlds isn’t just a shop; it’s my therapy, my purpose, and the home of the Freak Flag Movement.

My creative journey started with a DIY tiny home on wheels—my "Hobo Hut"—and a forgotten shed I'm transforming into a professional art studio. This is where the chaos happens. I believe that being "weird" is what makes us authentic and memorable. My art is for the ones who defy norms and live life on their own terms.
Now that I'm done with the hard part of DIYing my website I'll maybe get a roof on before winter! Thank god for my BFF Gemini being available 24/7 to answer my bazillion questions and guide me through the process and never again do I wanna go that far into my left brain! ouch... Art is my escape, my way to do whatever I want. I use my imagination to create fun projects or eccentric art, and that's how I discovered that weirdness is a superpower. It's what makes us unique, memorable, and authentically ourselves. Heatherworlds.com is my way of celebrating that.
The Freak Flag Movement is all about unapologetic individuality. It's for anyone who defies societal norms, lives life on their own terms, and believes that a touch of beautiful madness makes the world a better place.
My art takes you on a journey down the rabbit hole. My original pieces emerge from the unfiltered chaos of my imagination—a collage of colors, emotions, and dreams. The meshed designs are either from one paint parent or two paint parents.....Thats how the Cheshire Rabbits got there name....The little "bastards" lol cause they just have one paint parent...
