1. Overview

This website is operated by HEATHERS WORLDS. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HEATHERS WORLDS. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Print-on-Demand Disclosure

Our products are created using a Print-on-Demand model in partnership with Printful. This means:

  • Items are manufactured only after an order is placed.

  • Production times are separate from shipping times.

  • Slight variations in print placement or color may occur due to the digital printing process.

  • Intellectual Property Rights section:

    • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the designs
    • Use the artwork for any commercial purpose
    • Claim ownership of the original artwork or designs
    • Create derivative works based on our designs

    All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of HEATHERS WORLDS. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Because we partner with Printful, shipping is handled by third-party carriers.

  • Estimated Delivery: Shipping speeds are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Lost Packages: If an order is lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

5. Returns and Refunds

Since products are custom-made for you, we do not support returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse" (e.g., ordering the wrong size or changing your mind).

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of HEATHERS WORLDS or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

HEATHERS WORLDS does not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations beyond the descriptions provided. We are not liable for delays caused by Printful or shipping carriers.
