Shipping Policy (USA Only)
Thank you for shopping with Heathers Worlds]! We are committed to providing you with a seamless and transparent shopping experience.
We use Printful, a leading Print-on-Demand (POD) partner, for all our fulfillment and shipping. This means every product is uniquely created just for you once you place an order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States of America (USA), including US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment Time
Every item is a custom-made print-on-demand product. Orders go through two stages:

Fulfillment Time (Creation): This is the time it takes to create, print, and package your product.

Estimated Fulfillment Time: 2–7 business days (The average is typically 3 business days, but this can increase during peak seasons or holidays).

Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays.
Once your order is created, it is then handed over to the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times (USA)
The delivery time begins after the fulfillment time (see above).

Shipping Cost Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the type of products in your order and your location. Printful uses a "base rate" for the first product and a reduced "additional item" rate for every product added after that.
4. Estimated Total Delivery Time
The total time you receive your order is the sum of Fulfillment Time plus Shipping Time.
Example (Standard Shipping): 2–7 Business Days (Fulfillment) + 3–4 Business Days (Shipping) = 5–11 Business Days Total
5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your package directly.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active after you receive the email.
6. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to Printful's facility due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will notify you immediately.

The customer is responsible for any reshipment costs. We will verify the correct address with you and send a payment link for the new shipping fee.
7. Lost or Damaged Orders

Damaged/Wrong Item: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at [Your Support Email Address] within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will work with Printful to quickly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Package Not Received (Tracking Stuck): If the tracking information shows your package is stuck in transit for an unusual amount of time (e.g., more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date), please contact us. We will submit an inquiry with Printful and the shipping carrier.

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

Check with your neighbors and local post office/mail carrier.

If you still cannot locate it, please contact us. Note: Printful (and therefore we) do not cover lost packages if the tracking system marks them as delivered. We will review each case individually, but a replacement may be at your expense.
