Return & Refund Policy: HEATHERS WORLDS

At Heathersworlds.com, our products are made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Because we use a Print-on-Demand (POD) process through our partner, Printful, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we are happy to help!

  • Timeline: Please report the issue within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Process: Email us at heathersworlds1980@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will send a replacement out to you at no additional cost.

2. Packages Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if the loss is confirmed by the carrier.

3. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges

Because every item is custom-printed to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size.

  • Changing your mind (Buyer’s Remorse).

  • Choosing the wrong color/style.

Tip: Please double-check the Size Guides provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit!

4. Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments

  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

5. How to Start a Claim

To start a claim for a damaged or lost item:

  2. Include your Order Number.

  3. Provide a brief description of the problem (and photos for damaged goods).
